Practical guides for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts, written host to host. Each article takes one part of a stay and shows exactly what to write, where to put it and when guests see it: the welcome book they open on arrival, the house rules worded so they get followed, the checkout card that gets read, and the templates that cover every moment from booking to review. You will find page-by-page layouts, sign wording you can copy, and checklists for turnovers. Where a template helps, we show the one from the Airbnb Host Bundle (a 20-page welcome book, 62 house signs, 25+ checklists, a social media kit and a P&L tracker, editable in free Canva and Google Sheets), but every guide works on its own, with or without it. Guides on guest messages, reviews, turnovers, supplies and host money are next.
